1. What is the delivery fee and minimum order amount?

All items delivered free within the Famagusta Area. Minimum order of 20 Euros.

2. How new is your equipment?

All equipment has been purchased new by kiddyKit Hire. We thoroughly check after every hire making sure all equipment goes out in excellent condition.

3. What if I need something that is not on your list?

Please contact us and we will do our best to supply the equipment requested.

4. How is your equipment cleaned?

KiddyKit follows all strict health regulations with regards to cleaning all baby equipment. All equipment is steam cleaned and disinfected after every use. All bedding is laundered at a hot temperature with a non bio detergent.

5. What is your cancellation Policy?

All orders need to be cancelled within 48 hours of delivery date. Orders cancelled after that time period will be charged 50% of ordering costs.

6. Do you install car seats?

We do not install cars seats; each car seat comes with a user-friendly manual.

7. Where do you deliver?

KiddyKit deliver in the Famagusta Area of Cyprus orders over 20 Euros are free of charge a small minimal charge for orders below.

8. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards.

9. What is your Refund Policy?

We are committed to our products and services. If you're not satisfied with either our products or service, please contact us to discuss a refund.
