Terms & Conditions

We agree to hire the equipment to you subject to availability if a product is no longer available we will advise of an alternative product or refund your payment in full.

All products must be paid in full to enable us to deliver at the requested time, including a refundable deposit of €20.00 this will be repaid provided the goods are returned in the condition that you received them and on the agreed date

If equipment is not returned in the condition in which it was hired to you, for whatever reason, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid by you.

We will require you to check your equipment on delivery to ensure that there is no damage, and that it is in good working order. We will require you to notify us on the day of delivery if this is not the case.

We will supply instructions with equipment, where they have been supplied by the manufacturer, you will need to read them carefully prior to using the equipment and make sure they are followed correctly.

You are fully responsible for the care and safekeeping of the equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that it is used in a safe and sensible manner, use only for the purpose for which it is supplied and in accordance with the manufacturer s instructions.

We cannot accept responsibility for any failure or delay on our part to fulfil our obligations where such failure/delay is caused by circumstances beyond our control.

If you wish to cancel or amend your rental you are able to do this up to 48hrs before the agreed rental date.

All goods supplied remain the property of KiddyKit Hire.

We are not responsible for any injury, loss or claim arising out of your use of the equipment.

Any failure by us to enforce any or all of these conditions shall not amount to, or be interpreted as waiver of any of our rights.

No variations to these Terms and Conditions will be accepted without agreement in writing.
